    I’d heard a lot about this movie over the past few months and got a chance to see it last night.  Great movie.  I sort of hate all things MMA/UFC related and still enjoyed it tremendously.  Very much along the lines of Rocky, The Fighter, The Wrestler, The Karate Kid and director Gavin O’Connor’s other film Miracle.  Who knew Uncle Owen was hiding an eight pack under that cloak?  Tom Hardy is a scary, scary man.  I expect him to be spectacular in The Dark Knight Rises. mikekarnell: You guys can check out free screenings of Warrior, the first movie I worked on and the reason I moved to Los Angeles, this weekend. I’m glad it’s getting good reviews because the people who made it are genuinely kind people who worked their asses off to make a great film. I was a kid who moved out to LA without anyone to call a friend and they took me under their collective wings and proved that you don’t have to be an unapologetic asshole to be successful in this city. More reasons to check it out: Tom Hardy stars as a bad ass. Nick Nolte plays a drunk Nick Nolte. That dude who plays Uncle Owen in Phantom Menace plays the other brother. Kurt Angle plays a Russian Super Villain.
